1. Your choice
On your first visit we show a cookie banner. You can Reject all, Accept all, or Customize. Until you choose, the site does not load Google Analytics or Google Ads scripts and sets no optional cookies. Analytics, Advertising and Marketing attribution are separate switches and are off by default. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie Preferences in the footer. We ask again after about 6 months.

The site sets no other cookie for browsing or for sending an inquiry. WordPress may set cookies for signed-in site administrators only. Our hosting provider’s website tools load a small script from Hostinger’s domain (cdn-reach.hostinger.com) on our pages, so your browser connects to Hostinger when a page loads; see section 3f of the Privacy Policy.

After consent the Google tag script from www.googletagmanager.com is loaded for Google Analytics only. It sends usage data and events to Google Analytics, for example clicks on WhatsApp or email links and a “lead” event when an inquiry has been successfully saved. Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months.

When Advertising is on, the Google tag and Google Ads scripts are loaded, and Google may receive advertising signals (including consent signals for “ad user data” and “ad personalisation”), technical information about your browser and device, and the conversion event after an inquiry has been saved. Depending on the settings of the Google Ads account and on Google’s features, Google may process further data provided to it on pages where its tags are loaded; see section 3e of the Privacy Policy. When Advertising is off, no Google Ads script is loaded and these signals are denied.

If you send an inquiry while this is on, the source information is saved with the inquiry so we know which marketing worked. If it is off, nothing is stored and the source is recorded as unknown; your inquiry works the same.
Short-lived technical storage
The session-storage keys bm_lead_pending and bm_ga_lead_pending are used only after you send an inquiry, and only if you allowed Advertising or Analytics respectively, so that a conversion or lead event is sent once and not repeated on refresh. They are removed afterwards or when you close the tab. After a successful inquiry the address briefly contains a random one-time confirmation code; the page removes it from the address bar immediately, and the server accepts it once, within 10 minutes. It contains no personal data.
3. What happens when you withdraw consent
Switching a category off removes the related cookies we control (_ga*, _gcl_* / _gac_*, bm_ft / bm_lt) and stops the related events. If a Google script was already running on the page, the page reloads so it is no longer active. Cookies on google.com or other domains are controlled by those domains.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features of other sites may be affected. The inquiry form works without optional cookies.
