Five checks before anything ships

Inspection follows AQL 0.65 for critical and 1.5 for minor defects. Across our export volume the field defect rate stays below 0.3%.

  1. Incoming inspection

    Every batch of cells, panels and LEDs is checked on arrival. LiFePO₄ cells are accepted only at Grade A.

  2. In-process patrol

    12 checkpoints along the line, with 100% coverage on waterproof welding, the joint most likely to fail in the field.

  3. 48-hour aging

    Finished units run a 48-hour aging test so early failures happen in our factory, not in your customer's garden.

  4. Environmental simulation

    Sample units go through salt spray, UV exposure and thermal shock to match coastal, desert and winter installations.

  5. Outgoing audit

    A final sampled inspection of packed goods against your order specification before the container is sealed.

How long have you been making solar lights?

BOMATERIAL has manufactured solar lighting for more than ten years. Products have shipped to over 50 countries and regions, with annual exports above five million US dollars.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. Ask for a sample of any core model before a bulk order. Tell us the market it is for so we can send the right plug, panel and battery configuration.

What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the model and on how much customisation it needs. Send the product and the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm within a working day.

Do you offer OEM and ODM?

Yes. OEM covers your branding and packaging on an existing model. ODM starts from your drawing or requirement and goes through design, tooling and certification with our engineering team.

Which certifications do your products carry?

All products pass CE, FCC and RoHS testing. Outdoor models are rated IP65 or IP67 depending on the family.
